Every year our Freehold Chiropractor participates in the Annual Holiday Food and Coat Drive, “Baby, It’s Cold Outside”. The Association of NJ Chiropractors (ANJC) which Dr. Russell Brokstein is a member, is once again
launching its statewide community service initiative to help the less fortunate during the holiday and winter seasons. As a participating chiropractor, Dr. Brokstein’s office, Hometown Family Wellness Center will be running a food drive along with collecting donations of unwanted coats, hats, scarves and gloves in good condition. These will be distributed to local charities.
This is the 10th year our chiropractor in freehold will be participating it the annual holiday food and coat drive. Dr. Brokstein says, “Growing up in Freehold, I always wanted to return and establish myself in the community to give back to the town. My goals are to provide the best chiropractic care possible, educate the public about natural health and wellness and to participate in community drives to help make Freehold the amazing town it is. The holidays are meant to be a time of joy and celebration. Unfortunately many people aren’t as fortunate as the rest of us. If we can donate food and warm clothing during the winter months we can put smiles some of their faces.”
From November 27, 2015 until January 4, 2016, you can drop off non-perishable food items, coats, hats, gloves and
scarves for those in need at our office, Hometown Family Wellness Center at 9 Broadway, Freehold, NJ, . These items will be donated to our local food pantry, The Open Door and St. Peter’s Thrift Shop in downtown Freehold, NJ. Anybody that participates will be given a gift of health certificate for a complimentary consultation with Dr. Brokstein for your use or so you can help somebody you know be more healthy.
