Cholesterol Lowering Statins Can Increase Risk of Diabetes

Do you take cholesterol lowering statins?

It’s amazing all the garbage and claims that are allowed to flood our food and markets:

The ingredients in these drinks are not healthy

You get all of that, and a special dose of added sugar, modified food starch, yellow 5, and blue 1 
This is marketed by athletes, sold to children, and unknowing people who think they’re doing good for themselves.
Such a shame
Proper hydration is essential for optimal daily health. I stress this time and time again to patients. I would highly recommend not hydrating yourself with this nonsense. There are much better options
