Also, there are NO vegetables in these oils (corn is a grain). These ‘vegetable’ oils are particularly hazardous in cooking, as they produce toxic oxidation compounds like cyclic aldehydes when heated. They are highly processed and refined.
Choose instead: olive, avocado, coconut, butter, ghee, macadamia nut oils.

Insulin Resistance is caused by FOOD such as Refined Carbohydrates eg Sifted Maize Flour, Wheat, Polished Rice, Sugar, Cakes, Chocolate, Candies, Weatabix, Corn flakes, UHT Milk, Sweetened yoghurts, Junks eg Pizza, Chips, Seed oils eg Sunflowers, Cannola, Corn, Juices, Energy Drinks, etc.
Other lifestyle choices such as eating 6 times a day, sedentarism, short sleep, less rest, etc.
You can blame your genes, hormones, the baby, the job, etc the way you wish but remember, you were once healthier, leaner and fitter until you begun “rewarding” yourself with food and luxury because you got a few coins.
But back then, you had the same genes and hormones.
