Stretches
An important part of any treatment plan to help you get better more quickly are simple stretches. These stretches are also great to do every day to help prevent future problems and maintain. I recommend the first 3 Stretching routines to all my new patients during the first couple weeks of a treatment protocol to help relieve neck and back pain. If you experience pain or discomfort, stop and tell me at your next visit or tell your doctor if you are not a patient of ours.
