The holidays are a time to celebrate, enjoy great food, family and friends. Unfortunately there are many people who will be cold and hungry this winter season. Lets help them by brining a little cheer with our 15th Annual Holiday Coat and Food Drive, “Baby It’s Cold Outside.”
Dr. Russell Brokstein, the Asbury Park Press Best Monmouth County Chiropractor, collects coats, gloves, jackets and non-perishable food items to help his community as the cold winter weather and holidays approach. Dr. Brokstein
opened Hometown Family Wellness Center over 15 years ago and has made “Baby It’s Cold Outside” an annual event to give back to the community he grew up in.
The annual drive is to help those less fortunate during the holiday and winter season.
Dr. Brokstein starts the annual holiday drive on Thanksgiving and will collect donations of non-perishable food items, coats and clothing items in good condition until New Years Eve.
Dr. Brokstein says, “I opened Hometown Family Wellness Center in the town I grew up in to help the community be more healthy naturally and to give back to the town I love. So many people need our help during the holidays and winter. People shouldn’t be cold and hungry so I decided collecting warm coats, clothing items and food would be a great gift for the holidays to others. Please help us help others enjoy this holiday season and stay warm this winter!”
Anybody that donates by brining in at least 5 canned, boxed food items and/or coats will receive a a gift of health
certificate for a complimentary “Pain Relief and Health Consultation“
Help us make our 15th annual Holiday Coat and Food Drive a success.
Dr. Brokstein brings all collected items to The Open Door and St. Peter’s Thrift Shop on Throckmorton in Freehold, NJ. We will be collecting new or gently used, clean winter items and food until January 2nd, 2021 at the following address:
