Do you know one particular drink can improve your health?
One of the things I am fascinated by is how incurious the average patient is in finding the cause of their health problems. Most patients just chase one symptoms after another by just popping one medication after another.
For instance, I have this book, Water Cures by Dr. Fereydoon Batmanghelidj. M.D. Dr. Fereydoon was in a prisoner of war camp and he discovered that WATER cured most diseases.
This doctor cites in his book that most people aren’t sick, but rather dehydrated – and backs it up with all sorts of scientific reasoning, examples, etc.
So I find that book interesting, informative, and cutting edge. I try to educate each and every patient how important being hydrated is in not only being healthy but in helping get rid of the pain as quickly as possible while allowing the body to heal. I’m always amazed at how there is a lack of interest in taking on this one simple thing to help feel better and be more healthy. Many people are sick, their kids or spouse is sick and yet they show no interest.
Isn’t that unbelievable? We won’t do one simple thing to improve our lives and health, but will consume one detrimental product after another that brings our health down. From soda, to coffee and other products that actually dehydrate you. I guess we’re all guilty of this one way or another, but if you are sick and tired of being sick and tired, this is one of the most simple ways to start improving your health.
I know one man’s son who got sick from dehydration a couple of weeks ago. He gave his son lots of pH water and his son’s stomach cramps disappeared. If you feel tired, fatigued, achy, stiff, suffering with any condition, isn’t it at least worth asking, “Will pH water help me?”
”Water is the most neglected nutrient in your diet, but one of the most vital” Julia Child
Water plays a vital role in how cells talk to each other to orchestrate full body movement, overall health and well being. Water is the drink can improve your health!
You should be drinking half your body weight in ounces of water. So if you weigh 200 pounds, you should be drinking 100 ounces of water, every day! Problem is most people drink caffeinated products and some studies show that just one 8 ounce cup of coffee negates 4 to 8 glasses of water.
I challenge you for the next month to drink the proper amount of water and tell me how much better you feel in such a short amount of time.
