Your health is about taking action. Too many sit back and just let their health deteriorate. Then when they feel bad they run to the medical doctor to be prescribed a medication. These medications just mask your symptoms. On top of that they have a list of side effects. It’s a snowball effect that the doctors then prescribe more medications to mask more symptoms and side effects.Did you know that most of the time pain is the last signal that something is wrong? A heart attack isn’t when the heart condition started. A stroke isn’t when problems with clogged arteries started. Peripheral neuropathy isn’t when diabetes started. We can make a list on and on but I think you get the point.

We take better care of our teeth. From the time we are children and the first tooth comes out, we start brushing our teeth and we go to the dentist from that point on. Everybody has a spine and needs proper care of their spines. Think of how many time your children fell when starting to walk, or the trauma of playing sports, sitting at desks in school for years or carrying back packs. Many times kids will say they have back pain, neck pain or experience headaches but parents ignore it and say it will just go away. The symptoms might subside but the underlying problem is still there and just gets worse over time.
